墻(qiang)體自(zi)保溫砌(qi)塊(kuai)的(de)生產(chan)大多是(shi)單(dan)一型(xing)泡沫(mo)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)砌(qi)塊(kuai),通過(guo)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)機進行將(jiang)泡沫(mo)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)壓(ya)模形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng),再通過(guo)養(yang)護窯(yao)養(yang)護制(zhi)得(de)。2006 年 12 月 27 日公開的(de)申請號為200510043909.6 的(de)全(quan)自(zi)動砌(qi)塊(kuai)生產(chan)線(xian),包括配料系(xi)統、砌(qi)塊(kuai)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)系(xi)統、養(yang)護系(xi)統、托板回用系(xi)統、成(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)輸送系(xi)統、自(zi)動控制(zhi)系(xi)統。所述全(quan)自(zi)動砌(qi)塊(kuai)生產(chan)線(xian)生產(chan)的(de)砌(qi)塊(kuai),一方(fang)面由(you)(you)于砌(qi)塊(kuai)結構材料單(dan)一,造成(cheng)(cheng)承重能力差,抗沖擊性能低下(xia) ;另一方(fang)面,由(you)(you)于干(gan)濕產(chan)品(pin)共(gong)用一條母車軌道(dao),嚴重影響(xiang)生產(chan)效率 ;第三,由(you)(you)于泡沫(mo)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)直接形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)實心(xin)塊(kuai)狀,蒸養(yang)耗時更(geng)長(chang),直接造成(cheng)(cheng)生產(chan)成(cheng)(cheng)本的(de)極大提高。
以免燒磚為(wei)材料制成骨架外殼,內(nei)部填(tian)充泡沫混凝土的(de)自保溫砌塊生(sheng)產工藝(yi),市面上雖然(ran)有(you)兩家(jia),但是(shi),這兩家(jia)生(sheng)產的(de)設備(bei)結構龐大,工藝(yi)復雜,成本極高,動輒(zhe)就是(shi)幾千萬元(yuan)。較高的(de)投資成本使得大量投資者望而止步,從而限(xian)制了(le)該項目的(de)發展。
