滾筒篩分機在污油泥處理的應用
伴隨石(shi)(shi)油(you)(you)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan),在(zai)石(shi)(shi)油(you)(you)開采、煉化(hua)、儲運過程(cheng)中會產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)大(da)(da)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)油(you)(you)泥(ni)(ni),我國每年(nian)所產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)油(you)(you)泥(ni)(ni)數量不低于400萬噸(dun),帶來嚴重的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)環保(bao)問(wen)題(ti)。近年(nian)來國內外都在(zai)研究開發(fa)各種(zhong)污(wu)(wu)(wu)油(you)(you)泥(ni)(ni)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)辦(ban)(ban)法(fa),但(dan)任何處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)辦(ban)(ban)法(fa)都需要(yao)對(dui)物料進行(xing)(xing)(xing)預處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li),通過預處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)將污(wu)(wu)(wu)油(you)(you)泥(ni)(ni)中含有的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)量塊狀雜物、垢(gou)質、雜草、編織袋、塑料布等(deng)分離出另行(xing)(xing)(xing)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li),合格物料進入正(zheng)常處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)藝(yi)流程(cheng),完(wan)成對(dui)污(wu)(wu)(wu)油(you)(you)泥(ni)(ni)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li),回收污(wu)(wu)(wu)油(you)(you)泥(ni)(ni)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原油(you)(you)并(bing)排放環保(bao)達(da)標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水和泥(ni)(ni)砂等(deng)。當前普遍使用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)油(you)(you)泥(ni)(ni)預處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)設備都存在(zai)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)量小、處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)時(shi)間長、耗能大(da)(da)、處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)效果不好等(deng)缺點,對(dui)超稠污(wu)(wu)(wu)油(you)(you)泥(ni)(ni)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)預處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)能力(li)更加不理(li)(li)(li)想(xiang),制約(yue)了(le)污(wu)(wu)(wu)油(you)(you)泥(ni)(ni)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan),無(wu)法(fa)及(ji)時(shi)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)掉石(shi)(shi)化(hua)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業正(zheng)常生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)時(shi)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)及(ji)多年(nian)累(lei)積的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)油(you)(you)泥(ni)(ni),使得石(shi)(shi)化(hua)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)環保(bao)問(wen)題(ti)壓力(li)越(yue)來越(yue)大(da)(da)。

1、技術方案
是由新型(xing)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)篩(shai)分(fen)機(ji)和前置(zhi)破碎撕(si)裂設(she)備、后置(zhi)處(chu)理設(she)備構(gou)成(cheng)(cheng)。新型(xing)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)篩(shai)分(fen)機(ji)具(ju)體(ti)(ti)結構(gou)包括(kuo)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、機(ji)架、進料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)口(kou)(kou)、合格物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)口(kou)(kou)、雜物出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)口(kou)(kou)、驅(qu)動裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、噴水(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、托輪(lun)及軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)限(xian)位(wei)輪(lun)。其(qi)特征是,滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)由無篩(shai)孔筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)和有(you)(you)篩(shai)孔筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)兩(liang)種筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)結構(gou)組成(cheng)(cheng),兩(liang)個筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)采用(yong)(yong)分(fen)段焊接或(huo)(huo)用(yong)(yong)聯接件連(lian)接。滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)設(she)有(you)(you)貫(guan)穿(chuan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)或(huo)(huo)分(fen)段設(she)置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)噴水(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)前端(duan)進料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)口(kou)(kou)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)(you)給(gei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)后端(duan)雜物出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)口(kou)(kou)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)(you)可分(fen)離輕重雜物的(de)(de)(de)(de)接料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)斗(dou)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)有(you)(you)篩(shai)孔筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)下部(bu)合格物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)口(kou)(kou)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)(you)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)斗(dou)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)有(you)(you)篩(shai)孔筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外側裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)(you)清掃器。在(zai)(zai)(zai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)下面安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)兩(liang)組托輪(lun)和滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)限(xian)位(wei)輪(lun)支撐筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)并保(bao)證筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)平(ping)(ping)(ping)穩(wen)旋(xuan)(xuan)轉。滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)可從入料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)端(duan)到出(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)端(duan)向(xiang)下傾(qing)(qing)斜安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),也(ye)可水(shui)(shui)平(ping)(ping)(ping)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)。當向(xiang)下傾(qing)(qing)斜安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)時(shi)(shi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)(nei)設(she)有(you)(you)貫(guan)穿(chuan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)片(pian)相(xiang)互平(ping)(ping)(ping)行的(de)(de)(de)(de)等(deng)(deng)距(ju)或(huo)(huo)不等(deng)(deng)距(ju)的(de)(de)(de)(de)延筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)依次排列的(de)(de)(de)(de)擋(dang)水(shui)(shui)環。在(zai)(zai)(zai)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)部(bu)貼(tie)近內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)壁安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)連(lian)續(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)或(huo)(huo)錯位(wei)成(cheng)(cheng)階梯排布(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)與滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)平(ping)(ping)(ping)行或(huo)(huo)帶一定角(jiao)度的(de)(de)(de)(de),按圓(yuan)周(zhou)等(deng)(deng)分(fen)或(huo)(huo)不等(deng)(deng)分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)組貫(guan)通滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)提料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)板。滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)水(shui)(shui)平(ping)(ping)(ping)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)時(shi)(shi)既可以采用(yong)(yong)與傾(qing)(qing)斜安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)同樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)(nei)部(bu)結構(gou),或(huo)(huo)在(zai)(zai)(zai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)(nei)焊件連(lian)續(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)片(pian)或(huo)(huo)斷(duan)續(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)片(pian)加擋(dang)水(shui)(shui)環的(de)(de)(de)(de)結構(gou)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)每相(xiang)鄰兩(liang)個擋(dang)水(shui)(shui)環或(huo)(huo)連(lian)續(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)片(pian)之間按圓(yuan)周(zhou)均布(bu)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)帶刺(ci)(ci)的(de)(de)(de)(de)低(di)矮的(de)(de)(de)(de)與筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)平(ping)(ping)(ping)行的(de)(de)(de)(de)或(huo)(huo)成(cheng)(cheng)一定角(jiao)度的(de)(de)(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)片(pian)小(xiao)刺(ci)(ci)板。上(shang)述擋(dang)水(shui)(shui)環及連(lian)續(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)片(pian)或(huo)(huo)斷(duan)續(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)片(pian)均做成(cheng)(cheng)帶刺(ci)(ci)的(de)(de)(de)(de)形(xing)狀,有(you)(you)利(li)于對物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)進行破碎。
前置破(po)(po)碎撕裂設備(bei)是采(cai)用(yong)各種形式的(de)具有破(po)(po)碎及撕裂功(gong)能的(de)設備(bei)及配(pei)套的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)進給和(he)輸送(song)設備(bei)組成(cheng),對(dui)污(wu)油泥(ni)中石塊、磚瓦、編(bian)織袋(dai),塑料(liao)桶、木棍等雜物(wu)(wu)進行破(po)(po)碎,保證處(chu)理(li)后的(de)污(wu)油泥(ni)順利進入(ru)新型滾筒篩分處(chu)理(li)機完成(cheng)對(dui)雜物(wu)(wu)及合(he)格物(wu)(wu)料(liao)的(de)分離。
后置處(chu)理設(she)備分別處(chu)理合格物料(liao)和(he)雜(za)物。
將合格物料中(zhong)油(you)、水(shui)、砂(sha)土進行處(chu)(chu)理(li)并分(fen)離。分(fen)離出的(de)油(you)進入油(you)罐儲存;水(shui)用作(zuo)工藝回用或將多(duo)余水(shui)排(pai)到(dao)污(wu)水(shui)處(chu)(chu)理(li)廠;砂(sha)土送入下道處(chu)(chu)理(li)工序做深入徹底處(chu)(chu)理(li)達標排(pai)放,也可異(yi)地(di)堆放實(shi)現污(wu)油(you)泥(ni)減(jian)量化處(chu)(chu)理(li)的(de)目的(de)。可見,本發(fa)明(ming)可同時滿足污(wu)油(you)泥(ni)減(jian)量化處(chu)(chu)理(li)和作(zuo)為其他處(chu)(chu)理(li)方法的(de)預(yu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)需要。
將雜物中(zhong)不(bu)可(ke)(ke)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)的(de)(de)(de)磚瓦(wa)、石(shi)(shi)塊、鐵器(qi)和可(ke)(ke)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)或有價值(zhi)回收的(de)(de)(de)編(bian)織(zhi)袋(dai)、塑(su)料桶、木棍可(ke)(ke)燃(ran)(ran)物的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離,可(ke)(ke)燃(ran)(ran)物經焚(fen)燒(shao)爐(lu)產生的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)能(neng)可(ke)(ke)作(zuo)為整(zheng)個污油泥處(chu)理(li)(li)系(xi)統工(gong)藝熱(re)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)同時,還可(ke)(ke)用(yong)作(zuo)可(ke)(ke)燃(ran)(ran)物進(jin)入焚(fen)燒(shao)爐(lu)前的(de)(de)(de)干燥(zao)和對分(fen)(fen)(fen)離出的(de)(de)(de)磚瓦(wa)、石(shi)(shi)塊中(zhong)少(shao)量有機物質進(jin)行(xing)蒸脫減(jian)(jian)量處(chu)理(li)(li)使(shi)之達(da)(da)標排放。當整(zheng)個系(xi)統用(yong)作(zuo)污油泥減(jian)(jian)量化(hua)處(chu)理(li)(li)時,焚(fen)燒(shao)爐(lu)產生的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)能(neng)還可(ke)(ke)對合格物料分(fen)(fen)(fen)離設備分(fen)(fen)(fen)離出的(de)(de)(de)泥土(tu)進(jin)行(xing)熱(re)處(chu)理(li)(li),使(shi)之達(da)(da)標排放或儲藏處(chu)理(li)(li)。分(fen)(fen)(fen)離出的(de)(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)燃(ran)(ran)物較(jiao)少(shao)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)熱(re)能(neng)不(bu)夠時,焚(fen)燒(shao)爐(lu)可(ke)(ke)外加(jia)輔助能(neng)源(yuan)(燃(ran)(ran)油或天然(ran)氣等)。
合格物料油(you)、水、砂(sha)土的(de)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)設(she)備(bei)和處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)設(she)備(bei)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)將(jiang)油(you)、水、砂(sha)土進(jin)行(xing)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)。油(you)進(jin)入(ru)儲油(you)設(she)備(bei)回收(shou);水經(jing)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)可達標排放或進(jin)入(ru)污水處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)廠(chang)再(zai)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li);當整(zheng)個系統用(yong)作污油(you)泥(ni)減量化處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)時泥(ni)砂(sha)去除水分(fen)(fen)后通過(guo)焚(fen)燒爐產生的(de)熱(re)(re)能(neng)進(jin)行(xing)熱(re)(re)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li),當整(zheng)個系統用(yong)作為其他處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)方法(fa)的(de)預處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)時泥(ni)砂(sha)去除多余水分(fen)(fen)后進(jin)入(ru)后續(xu)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)工序。
