  化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)等行業在生產(chan)過(guo)程中會產(chan)生大量(liang)(liang)的廢(fei)(fei)(fei)油(you)(you)、廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)、固體化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)棄物(wu),對人體有(you)(you)害,對環境(jing)造成(cheng)了(le)極大的破(po)壞。目前(qian)處(chu)(chu)理廢(fei)(fei)(fei)油(you)(you)的方法(fa)(fa)(fa)主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)對廢(fei)(fei)(fei)油(you)(you)精制進行二次利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),或得到汽油(you)(you)、柴油(you)(you)等作(zuo)為燃(ran)料,但(dan)(dan)此(ci)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)成(cheng)本高,沒法(fa)(fa)(fa)推(tui)廣;國內還(huan)有(you)(you)把廢(fei)(fei)(fei)油(you)(you)當做燃(ran)料直(zhi)接(jie)燒掉(diao),但(dan)(dan)所用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)設備反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)不充分,熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)率(lv)低,而且反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)后產(chan)生很多二氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)硫、一氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)碳等有(you)(you)毒氣(qi)(qi)體,這些(xie)有(you)(you)毒氣(qi)(qi)體沒有(you)(you)經過(guo)凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)處(chu)(chu)理直(zhi)接(jie)排(pai)放,造成(cheng)環境(jing)污(wu)染(ran)。處(chu)(chu)理廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)的方法(fa)(fa)(fa)主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)(you)吸附法(fa)(fa)(fa)、催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)法(fa)(fa)(fa)、直(zhi)接(jie)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)法(fa)(fa)(fa)。吸附法(fa)(fa)(fa)適用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)低濃度(du)有(you)(you)機廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)的凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),也可用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)高濃度(du)有(you)(you)機廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)回(hui)收(shou),但(dan)(dan)所用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)吸附劑為活性(xing)炭、硅膠、離子交換樹(shu)脂(zhi)等,成(cheng)本較高。催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)法(fa)(fa)(fa)主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)高溫(wen)、高濃度(du)、連續排(pai)放的有(you)(you)機廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)的凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),但(dan)(dan)由于(yu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)成(cheng)分復雜,通(tong)過(guo)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)無法(fa)(fa)(fa)徹(che)底(di)脫出(chu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)中的有(you)(you)機物(wu)。直(zhi)接(jie)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)法(fa)(fa)(fa)適用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)高溫(wen)、高濃度(du)有(you)(you)機廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)的凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),并(bing)可回(hui)收(shou)熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang),但(dan)(dan)直(zhi)接(jie)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)法(fa)(fa)(fa)消耗(hao)能源多,需采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)重油(you)(you)、天然氣(qi)(qi)作(zuo)為預熱(re)(re)能源,成(cheng)本較高。

  1、簡介

  本發明所述的化工廢料固廢處理裝(zhuang)置,包括反應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi),反應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的側部設置有第一(yi)(yi)料(liao)槍、第二料(liao)槍和固料(liao)輸(shu)送機(ji)(ji),第一(yi)(yi)料(liao)槍、廢(fei)油(you)(you)輸(shu)送泵(beng)與(yu)廢(fei)油(you)(you)儲罐依(yi)(yi)次(ci)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),第二料(liao)槍與(yu)廢(fei)油(you)(you)輸(shu)送泵(beng)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),反應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、旋風(feng)分離器(qi)(qi)(qi)、前換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、后換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、節能換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、空氣(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、排風(feng)機(ji)(ji)與(yu)煙(yan)囪依(yi)(yi)次(ci)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),高溫風(feng)機(ji)(ji)分別與(yu)前換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、后換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),高溫風(feng)機(ji)(ji)、煙(yan)氣(qi)混合器(qi)(qi)(qi)與(yu)反應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)依(yi)(yi)次(ci)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),煙(yan)氣(qi)混合器(qi)(qi)(qi)與(yu)空氣(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),節能換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)與(yu)反應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),二次(ci)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)與(yu)空氣(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),一(yi)(yi)次(ci)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)與(yu)反應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)。

  2、化(hua)工(gong)廢料固廢處理裝置的處理工(gong)藝,步驟如(ru)下(xia):

  (1)向(xiang)反應器(qi)中第一次加入(ru)催化劑和脫(tuo)硫(liu)劑;

  ( 2 )先(xian)預熱反(fan)應器(qi),隨后將廢氣引入反(fan)應器(qi)進行催(cui)化(hua)(hua)反(fan)應,配風從反(fan)應器(qi)底部送入,將催(cui)化(hua)(hua)劑吹起,呈流化(hua)(hua)狀態;

  (3)反(fan)應器溫度(du)達到正常運行值(zhi)的60%時,將(jiang)廢油(you)送(song)入反(fan)應器催(cui)化反(fan)應,同(tong)時按廢油(you)流量(liang)調節送(song)入反(fan)應器的風量(liang);

  (4 )廢油在裝(zhuang)置(zhi)內催(cui)化反(fan)(fan)(fan)應后,裝(zhuang)置(zhi)達(da)到(dao)穩定生產負荷,將固體化工廢棄物通(tong)過(guo)固料輸送機送入反(fan)(fan)(fan)應器進行催(cui)化反(fan)(fan)(fan)應;

  (5)廢(fei)油、廢(fei)氣和固體化(hua)工廢(fei)棄物一(yi)同(tong)在裝置內流化(hua)催化(hua)反(fan)應;

  (6)反應后(hou)高(gao)溫氣體(ti)截出10-30%進行(xing)循環送回反應器,其(qi)余氣體(ti)依次經過旋風分離器、前換(huan)熱器、后(hou)換(huan)熱器、節(jie)能換(huan)熱器、空氣預(yu)熱器、除塵器、排風機,最(zui)后(hou)從(cong)煙囪排到大氣中(zhong);

  (7 )第(di)一次(ci)加(jia)入(ru)脫硫(liu)劑(ji)10小(xiao)時后再投入(ru)和第(di)一次(ci)相同量的脫硫(liu)劑(ji),然(ran)后每隔8小(xiao)時分析煙氣中(zhong)SO2的含量,并向(xiang)反應(ying)器中(zhong)補加(jia)催化劑(ji)和脫硫(liu)劑(ji)。

  3、化工廢(fei)料(liao)固廢(fei)處理裝置有益效果:

  1.本發明采用(yong)(yong)廢(fei)油、廢(fei)氣、固體化工廢(fei)棄物同時進(jin)入反(fan)應器進(jin)行(xing)處理(li)。廢(fei)氣可以作為預(yu)熱(re)能源,而無需再采用(yong)(yong)重油、天(tian)然氣作為預(yu)熱(re)能源,成(cheng)本較低。利用(yong)(yong)反(fan)應器進(jin)行(xing)處理(li),處理(li)量大并且提高了熱(re)量利用(yong)(yong)率。

  2.本發明采用循環催(cui)化(hua)(hua)工藝。化(hua)(hua)工廢(fei)(fei)油、廢(fei)(fei)氣、固(gu)體化(hua)(hua)工廢(fei)(fei)棄物可以在裝(zhuang)置內強烈的湍流和循環,增(zeng)加了(le)廢(fei)(fei)油、廢(fei)(fei)氣、固(gu)體化(hua)(hua)工廢(fei)(fei)棄物在裝(zhuang)置內的停留時(shi)間(jian),提高了(le)反應效率;在低負荷下能(neng)穩定運行,無需(xu)在增(zeng)加輔助(zhu)原料(liao),降低了(le)成本。

  3.本發明內置脫硫(liu)(liu)技術,反應料與脫硫(liu)(liu)劑多次(ci)循(xun)環,反復(fu)進行低(di)溫反應和脫硫(liu)(liu)反應,脫硫(liu)(liu)效(xiao)率(lv)大大提高(gao)。

  4.本發明(ming)反(fan)應(ying)器采(cai)用分級送風(feng),氧化始終在低(di)過(guo)量空氣下進行,從而大大降低(di)了氮氧化物的生(sheng)產和排放。

  5.本發明增加分(fen)氣(qi)裝置和煙氣(qi)混合器,實現部分(fen)熱氣(qi)回流,降低排氣(qi)濃(nong)度(du),保持反應(ying)時溫度(du),減少副反應(ying)產物,保證了氣(qi)體排放(fang)達標。
