粉煤灰陶粒設備之球磨裝置結構和技術原理

  優(you)選(xuan)(xuan)方(fang)案(an)二:基于優(you)選(xuan)(xuan)方(fang)案(an)一(yi),所述(shu)外(wai)桶的側壁亦(yi)包括形成內腔的內層(ceng)(ceng)和(he)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),該外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)上亦(yi)設有熱風管。從而粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)在球磨(mo)、破碎的過(guo)程中亦(yi)可(ke)進行干燥,進一(yi)步減(jian)少粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)中的含水量(liang)。

  在(zai)具體實施過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)兩根熱風管2向兩個(ge)內腔5內通(tong)入熱風,打(da)開頂蓋,將粉煤(mei)(mei)灰從內桶(tong)(tong)3的(de)(de)上(shang)方投入至(zhi)內桶(tong)(tong)3內,齒輪8帶動外桶(tong)(tong)1和(he)內桶(tong)(tong)3旋轉,內桶(tong)(tong)3底部的(de)(de)粉煤(mei)(mei)灰在(zai)離心力的(de)(de)作用下沿內桶(tong)(tong)3的(de)(de)側壁往上(shang)運(yun)動,在(zai)運(yun)動的(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)逐漸(jian)失去水分,實現干燥(zao);當(dang)粉煤(mei)(mei)灰運(yun)動至(zhi)上(shang)縫隙(xi)處(chu)時穿過(guo)(guo)上(shang)縫隙(xi)進入外桶(tong)(tong)1和(he)內桶(tong)(tong)3之間的(de)(de)空(kong)腔4內與鋼球發(fa)生碰撞(zhuang)、擠(ji)壓,實現破碎;球磨、破碎結(jie)束后,打(da)開鎖扣6,將內桶(tong)(tong)3取出,即可(ke)將上(shang)述空(kong)腔4內的(de)(de)粉煤(mei)(mei)灰卸出。

  由于(yu)粉煤(mei)灰在(zai)與鋼(gang)球碰撞、擠壓(ya)前,粉煤(mei)灰進(jin)行了(le)干燥,含水量減(jian)少,因此,粉煤(mei)灰不易粘黏在(zai)鋼(gang)球上或外(wai)桶(tong)1和內桶(tong)3的側壁上,粉煤(mei)灰球磨破碎的回收率(lv)高。
