在(zai)具体实(shi)(shi)施过(guo)程中(zhong),通过(guo)两根热风管2向两个(ge)内(nei)腔5内(nei)通入(ru)热风,打开(kai)顶盖,将粉(fen)煤(mei)灰从内(nei)桶3的上方投入(ru)至内(nei)桶3内(nei),齿(chi)轮8带动(dong)外(wai)桶1和(he)内(nei)桶3旋转(zhuan),内(nei)桶3底部(bu)的粉(fen)煤(mei)灰在(zai)离(li)心力的作用下沿内(nei)桶3的侧壁往上运(yun)(yun)动(dong),在(zai)运(yun)(yun)动(dong)的过(guo)程中(zhong)逐(zhu)渐失(shi)去水分(fen),实(shi)(shi)现(xian)干燥;当粉(fen)煤(mei)灰运(yun)(yun)动(dong)至上缝隙(xi)处时穿过(guo)上缝隙(xi)进入(ru)外(wai)桶1和(he)内(nei)桶3之(zhi)间的空腔4内(nei)与钢球(qiu)发生碰撞、挤压(ya),实(shi)(shi)现(xian)破碎;球(qiu)磨(mo)、破碎结(jie)束后(hou),打开(kai)锁扣(kou)6,将内(nei)桶3取(qu)出(chu),即可将上述(shu)空腔4内(nei)的粉(fen)煤(mei)灰卸(xie)出(chu)。
由于粉(fen)煤灰(hui)在与钢球(qiu)(qiu)碰撞(zhuang)、挤压前,粉(fen)煤灰(hui)进行了干燥,含(han)水量减少,因此(ci),粉(fen)煤灰(hui)不(bu)易粘黏在钢球(qiu)(qiu)上(shang)或(huo)外桶1和(he)内桶3的侧壁上(shang),粉(fen)煤灰(hui)球(qiu)(qiu)磨破(po)碎的回收(shou)率高。
